all the scenes with the turtle and his owner worked and were probably the first new characters for a while who were useful. the characters did amusing things and made the short stories bearable and the new characters contributed something useful to the plot unlike the ones last volume. the humour and jokes actually worked and were slightly funny.

Lovely and clumsy by himself, he turns into a deadly mafia boss with his subordinates around. The only thing that I had already seen was the meeting of Dino which is an awesome character I might add. This must be the point where my friends and I started skipping through episodes of the anime because I don't remember much of this. I bet you can't guess who This is so funny and unexpected.
